The location up the hill provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially John at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with nice touches like a window in the bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast included in the room rate offered a variety of options to start the day off right. One detail I particularly enjoyed was the welcome drink upon arrival, a lovely touch that made us feel valued as guests. In addition, the hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for the amenities and services provided.
Everything was perfect.

Whatever problems (if any) you might come up with in the place can be solved swift and forgotten by the great smile of Sophia the owner. Andreas and Sophia are excellent hosts, the hotel was clean and comfortable with the greatest view, excellent value for money. Sophia is a brilliant chef make sure you try her cousine dont miss it. Will defo go back to this place.
Can't think of anything to be honest.

We stayed in a hotel on a hill in beautiful Crete, close to the beach and many restaurants. the room had a decent view, but the bathroom was small and cramped. Service was average with friendly staff. the breakfast was okay but not exceptional. the pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds.
The Wi-Fi was terrible, weak, and constantly dropping out, making it difficult to check email or plan our trips.

The hotel is in a very good location, mainly if you have car. From there you can easly go to Chania or to the other amazing beachs around (Balos, Falassarma). Also the beach there is very near.. 3M on walk, The breakfast is prety good and with a lot of variety. It's a very quite place to relax with fantastic staff.. All very nice and helpfull. The view from our balcony was also amazing, mainly in sunset.

Very good value for money. Exceptional view. Friendly staff, nice pool and pool table, spacious room with small equipped kitchen and air conditioning. They change sheets and towels every four days. Would visit again easily. Ideal for families.
Needs better cleaning (not that it is dirty, but they could do better) and more rooms with double beds (they only have two or three, all others are with single beds). Hotel landline phones at rooms don' t work (minor detail). If you cook, bring your own washing-up liquid and sponge or any other cleaning liquid you might need. Other than that we had a great time and we would definitely recommend it.

Great stay at this hotel over the New Year period! The buffet breakfast was amazing, with plenty of hot and cold options each morning. The views from the hotel were spectacular, with a great panoramic view of the coast. The hotel was conveniently located near a local supermarket and had easy access to local buses into town. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds in our room and appreciated the daily room cleaning service.
The bathroom was a bit small and lacked counter space for toiletries. the Wi-Fi was sometimes slow and spotty in certain areas of the hotel.

It's very good quality hotel for the best price in the season! For 35 Euro we've got 2 rooms conditioned studio with all equipped kitchen. Cleaning was perfect, thanks to Sofia the first. They have elevator, swimming pool and rest area with bar and billiard. Personal is very helpful and kind! Thanks to Sofia the second..:)! We really have enjoyed during our stay in this hotel.
There two ways to the local beach. The long way is ok but may be too long if you don't have a car. The short cross country way behind Cretan Dream Royal hotel needs to be improved and repared. But from the other hand you can easily rent a car and be extremely mobile because this hotel prices are really the best. Microwave in the kitchen could could be useful a bit..:).

The owner and personnel were quite pleasant and attentive. We used the hotel as a base to visit Chania and famous beaches in Western Crete, but also to relax and play by the pool. The rooms were simple and clean with colors that create a cheery/amiable atmosphere. We were happy to stay at this hotel and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

Nothing to be said.

9/10. beautiful view to the sea from the balcony (Top Hotel is on the top of a hill next to the beach), really nice swimming pool and bar in the terrace of the hotel(with beautiful view to the sea too and a pool); good breakfast not expensive(coffee, juice, toast with butter..boiled egg, hot ham and cheese sandwich..), and hotel staff very very kind and attentive. rooms are correct(with a small kitchen, a fridge, a beautiful balcony, but the best is the calm of the hotel, really for relax, also near of the night live in summer in Agia Marina and Platanias, and near of Chania too(10 min by car), for us was well place, nice to stay and perfect for visit West Crete.
